UPMC Italy is issuing a call for applications for the following position: 1 Equipment Planner (Ref. EP/20)

In the scope of the activities related to the establishment of Ri.MED Foundation’s Biomedical Research and Biotechnology Center (BRBC) and of the other facilities of UPMC Italy, the Equipment Planner will identify together with the end users the scientific and/or clinical equipment to be included in the projects. The Equipment Planner has experience selecting and installing scientific and/or clinical equipment, and will manage the administrative aspects and obtain the necessary authorizations for installation and start-up and operations. He/she will supervise all phases of the supply process, from purchasing orders to on site delivery and positioning, from installation to start-up and operations. He/she will be involved in the design process, ensuring that spaces are adequate for their intended use and that they meet the requirements of research and medical equipment installation.

The workplace is Palermo or Rome. Availability to travel in Italy and abroad is required.
